I. unpacking a??determine if the machine was damaged in transportation
(Note dona??t put it on its back and upside down)
Make sure the components are in good condition and set them aside to be ready for future use.
II. Machine positioning
Find the machine’s location and then check the space around it
An appropriate space to ventilate and opening the upper cover for maintenance
III. connecting water pipe
Set the water filter in the correct position and connect the 3 8 hose connecting to the water inlet (في) and the water outlet switch (ensure that there isna??t impurities in the water source)
Connect the 3-8 hose to connect the water outlet (out) from the water filter to water inlet from the carbonated machine.
Each pipe is secured with clamps for pipes.
Release the pressure relief valve on the copper carbonate to rid the air of the system until the water flows from the valve that relieves pressure.
Examine all joints for water leakage. Turn on each beverage valve and discharge the gas in the pipeline until the water is flowing out of the drink valve.
(Note If the water source pressure is too high, a pressure valve has to be installed and the set water pressure will be 1.8kgcm 2. (25psi)-3.5kgcm 2 (50psi)
IV. water tank injection
Attach the pipe for water to the 6 tap on the drainage and inlet pipe. ثم, open the water source until the water is flowing out of the overflow pipe on the side of the device and into the pan for water reception.
(Note if the water tank isna??t filled and the probe for the ice plate is not fully submerged in the water then the compressor will not start)
V. connecting carbon dioxide
The high-pressure gauge should be to the carbon dioxide cylinder (confirm to fit the cylinder gasket) and put it in the correct position in the counter. Connect the high-pressure bypass connector (optional) of the high-pressure gauge as well as the low-pressure gauge with 1 4 hose
Connect the second high-pressure bypass connector of the low-pressure gauge and it is the connector for the intake pipe that is marked with carbon dioxide with a 1 4 hose
Connect the Syrup pump to low-pressure connecter on the gauge for low-pressure.
Connect the syrup via the quick connector on the modified pump assembly for syrup
Connect the quick connector of syrup the cylinder with the mark S1, S2a??to the end of the syrup discharge.
(Note before the connector for quick connection is connected with syrup, make sure to clean the water to keep it from damaging an O ring)
