Regular cleaning can extend the lifespan of the machine’s components. It’s possible to classify the components of an ice cream machine according to their operational functions. Some parts must be cleaned and maintained every day, whereas others can be maintained and cleaned only once every three months.

1. Cleaning the storage tank storage tank must be cleaned once per day.

(1) (1) Turn on the cleaning key and take the material cylinder out of any waste slurry. The stop key should be pressed.

(2) (2) Mix the disinfectant and warm water in a small bowl. Then, pour it into the container for storage. The volume of water in the two cylinders is the identical.

(3) Use the key for cleaning to stir the solution for one minute.

(4) Rinse the area with clean water 2-3 times. Turn off the power.

(5) Switch off the power. Disassemble and clean all components.

2. The fuselage needs to be maintained regularly. Keep the appearance of your fuselage spotless at all times. You can wipe it using a moist towel to wash off any stains. Do not rinse with water to prevent electrical failure.

3. After cleaning the condenser for some time it will be covered with dust, affecting the dissipation of heat and a poor refrigeration effect. In accordance with the conditions the cleaning procedure can be anywhere from 3 months to about a quarter of an year. Prior to cleaning, shut off the power supply, be careful not to harm the condenser fins. Then, clean it with the help of a soft brush or blower.

4. After the machine has been operating for a prolonged period of time the drive belt of the mixing system may be lengthened and has to be adjusted. This is because the belt slips. After a short time and then the machine ceases abruptly. The word NL will be displayed on the nixie tube in the series of soft ice cream makers, and the machine will emit an intermittent sound that lasts for a long period of time. At this time, disconnect the power supply. Then, remove the left-hand side of the machine.
